From Locksmith to Founder's Architect
Nobody handed me a roadmap. Born in Germany to Turkish parents — no Abitur, no degree — I trained as a locksmith and learned early that no one was coming to save me. Every step since, from Germany to Switzerland to Dubai, I've had to build myself.
I built businesses the hard way: long days, sheer will, and the belief that working harder was always the answer. Until I hit the truth every founder eventually meets — I hadn't built a company. I had built a job that owned me.
That realization changed everything. True freedom doesn't come from working more; it comes from systems — a mindset that lets go, operations that carry themselves, and technology that shoulders the load. That's the system I built for my own life, and it's the system behind Apex Vision Ventures: TEFO Coaching for the mindset, Rise Partners for the operations, NeoTech Studio for the technology.
I've walked the journey. Now I architect it for others.
